is 100% Merlot sourced from select vineyards throughout the Languedoc-Roussillon. The area is known for its stony soil, which naturally limits yields and lends a fresh, fruit-forward character and mature tannins to the final wine. It is is a rich and dense wine, the complexity of the flavours plays out progressively, beginning with blackberry and plum and finishing with toasty cedar aromas. Tannins are ripe, juicy and delicate.

In order to produce high quality, fruit driven, food friendly wines, the winemaker sources grapes from several vineyards throughout the Languedoc region of Southern France. All of their selections come from vineyards within the districts of Gard, Hérault, and Aude.
