Product Description

Meursault Moillard 2013

is full, round and complex, a most elegant wine. Exotic fruit flavours harmoniously mingle together and with age become honeyed with a hint of hazelnuts.
Meursault is a large village in the Cote de Beaune sub-region of Burgundy. Its wines are regarded as highly as those of its southern neighbor Puligny-Montrachet, despite Meursault not having any Grand Cru vineyards to speak of. Rather than any one world-class site, it is Meursault’s reliably high-quality Premier Cru and commune-level wines that are responsible for its good reputation. Meursault Moillard 2013 is no exception.

Food pairing with Meursault Moillard 2013:
Blends elegantly with meat and fish with a noble and beautiful texture (veal or chicken in white sauce, roasted sea bass, but also foie gras) or grilled seafood and sauce (shrimp, lobster …). Delicious as an aperitif and with cheeses with a light taste (Camembert, Brie, Blue cheese, Goat cheese, Gruyere…).
