OHaras Irish Red Traditional Ale
stands out in this beer style category. The malt body is as impressive, albeit in a uniquely Irish way. With an incredibly smooth malt body complimented by caramel tones and perfectly balanced in bitterness, this Irish Red is much more complex than it’s mainstream rivals.
OHaras Irish Red Traditional Ale should be served at a temperature of 6-8°C, paired with baked and roasted main courses from the oven such as beef hotpot. Also excellent with winter soups. Delicious accompaniment to mature cheddar or soft goats cheeses. Best to serve in a tulip glass or O’Hara’s conical glass.
The Irish Craft Beer & Cider Festival, co-founded by Seamus O’Hara, has been held in Dublin since 2011. This year 22 Irish craft breweries showcased some 150 different beers and ciders to 10,000+ attendees at the Royal Dublin Society (RDS). O’Hara’s Brewery/Carlow Brewing Company we are proud to be a part of this new diversity in styles and flavours. They look forward to the opportunities this new growth has to offer.
