RETURNS & REFUNDS
You, the shopper, have the right to cancel within seven days of receipt of the goods. You can cancel your order at any stage up to the point of dispatch at no charge. Orders cancelled post dispatch will incur a delivery charge of €7. If you would like to cancel and return goods that you have received for any reason, please just contact us. You will be required to return the goods, unopened and as new with a copy of your original invoice, via An Post Registered Post or similar courier service or by person to our store. Unfortunately in those circumstances you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods. In the unfortunate case of goods being faulty or damaged (cork taint for instance), Coopers Off Licence offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any postage costs incurred. Goods can be returned by Registered Post or to our store. All we ask is that you contact us first.
BREAKAGES & SHORTAGES
Please check your order thoroughly before signing for it.If the order is visibly damaged you should refuse delivery, request that the order is returned to us and notify us immediately. We will replace it free of charge when we are notified of this by you. If the order is short an item it should be noted on the documentation with the courier before signing and we would ask you to please notify us as soon as possible in order that a replacement or a refund can be organised. Claims for breakages or shortages post acceptence and signing for the order will not be entertained.
