is a single cask bottling of 8 year old Irish whiskey, released by the Tipperary Boutique Distillery Company Ltd. Tipperary Single Cask Release Irish Whiskey an Irish single malt was treated to a finishing period in red wine casks, imparting the bronze hue to the spirit and a bounty of fruit notes to the flavour profile.
Tasting notes:
Nose: marzipan, roasted nuts, dried fruits, sandalwood, dried figs and apricots
Pallet: rich, warm and mouth-filling; flavours of dried figs, apricots, roasted nuts, marzipan, vanilla and toffees
Finish: a little spicy with some warm peppery notes and more vanilla
Situated in the beautiful and bountiful setting of the Golden Vale in Ireland, Tipperary Boutique Distillery was founded in March 2016. Their unique location combined with their knowledge & passion affords us the opportunity to create great whiskey such as this Tipperary Single Cask Release Irish Whiskey from their own barley, grown on Ballindoney farm in County Tipperary.
